COPYRIGHT STATEMENT
Students enrolled in or intending to enrol in learning programs at STC and GBAT must adhere to their responsibilities in relation to the Intellectual Property rights and Copyright of material owned by us and others.
STC / GBAT provides students with learner guides, handouts, assessments and other material in print and online that is subject to Intellectual Property rights and Copyright.
STC/ GBAT asserts it right over this material. Such material is authorised and published by © Green Business Audit and Training and / or © Solar Training Centre.
These materials can be used for your personal studies only in accordance with the Copyright Act 1968. When doing so, a copyright and permission notice and all other proprietary notices must be duly included on any materials you reproduce in the course of your enrolment, intention to enrol or completion of study.
Any other usage except in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Act 1968 is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of Solar Training Centre / Green Business Audit and Training.
Students must also adhere to Intellectual Property rights and Copyright over materials owned by other entities whose products, texts and services we use in the delivery of our training programs.
We specifically do not permit use of our materials by you for any purpose other than private study in a course for which you have a signed training agreement with us.
You are not permitted to copy our materials other than where we have expressly permitted you to do so.
You are not permitted to provide them to others for their use for any reason including to any other training organisation or trainer in any jurisdiction.
LIMITED LICENSE
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non sub-licensable, revocable license to:
- access and use the website, LMS, content and services only; and
- access and use the website, LMS, content and services in the manner presented by us only
- None of the content and/or information may be reverse-engineered, modified, reproduced, republished, translated into any other language or computer language, re-transmitted in any form or by any means, resold or redistributed without prior written consent.
