Tony is the founder of Sustainable Directions and has 30 years commercial experience, mainly in the Finance Sector. Tony holds an Economics Degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business. He specialises in climate change education, strategy, corporate social responsibility and presenting the business case to corporate leaders on the merits of adopting sustainable practices. Tony is currently a part time lecturer with TAFE SA in the Diploma of Sustainability. Tony is a member of the Al Gore Climate Project Leadership program and is the Deputy Chairman of Westside Housing and a Board member of the 2h Project.

Inspired into action by the simple Kenyan proverb – “Treat the Earth well for it is not inherited from your parents, it is borrowed from your children” they decided it was time to provide Customers with a retail outlet offering a diverse range of sustainable living products, services and up to date, factual information. With carefully selected products and services, they do all to assist their customer’s individual and co-operative efforts to take greater care of our environment. In addition to the retail store, Liddy conducts Home Sustainability Assessment services, allowing her clients to understand how to live more sustainably.

Ian also specialises in building design and his business “Ecohabitat Design" is located at Ecolateral. He is able to advise on retro-fitting homes for energy efficiency or to provide full design and documentation service.
